Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days

You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without providing any reason, in accordance with European legislation.

2. Conditions for Accepting Returns

To be eligible, the returned item must be:

• In perfect condition
• Unworn and unused
• Clean, without signs of wear
• Returned with its original packaging, accessories, and documentation

ℹ️ According to Article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code, the customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from excessive handling.

3. Return Procedure

Step 1 — Contact

• Your order number
• List of items to be returned
• Reason for the return
• Photos if useful for assessment

Step 2 — Shipping

ℹ️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for orders shipped within metropolitan France.
✔️ In case of defective products upon receipt or preparation errors, return shipping costs are covered by OrthopediePro.

Upon receiving the package, our team will inspect the item and an email will be sent to confirm whether the return is accepted or rejected.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and consumer protection reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been used
• Products showing signs of wear or dirt
• Damaged items after receipt
• Products returned incomplete or without original packaging

If a return does not meet these criteria, we may refuse the request or return the item to you at your expense.
