Delivery Policy — Orthopedics Pro

At Orthopedie Pro, we combine medical comfort with top-notch customer service.
Here is our clear and reliable delivery commitment for mainland France and internationally.

1. Destinations & Method

• Free standard delivery (mainland France and internationally).
  
  

• Method: "Free Standard Delivery – 5 to 7 business days"
  
  

• Other express or alternative options (where applicable) will be offered at checkout, with prices and delivery times specified.
  
  

2. Order deadline

• Metropolitan France: Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Europe/Paris, UTC+01:00) are processed the following working day.
  
  
  

• Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day.
  
  

• The switch to summer time is applied automatically.
  
  

3. Processing time (handled by our warehouse)

• We prepare and hand over the packages to our carrier within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
  (Weekends and public holidays are not considered working days.)
  
  

4. Delivery time by carrier

• Once handed over to the carrier, your package is usually delivered within 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on destination and local services.
  
  

5. Estimated total time for the customer

• Processing + shipping combination: 6 to 9 working days from your order.
  
  

6. Fees & Processing

• Standard delivery is free for all orders (France & Belgium).
  
  

• No additional processing fees are applied.
  
  

• If you select an express or alternative option, the fees and delivery times will be clearly indicated at the time of payment.
  
  

7. Shipping days

• Parcels are handed over to carriers from Monday to Friday .
  
  

• An order processed on Friday after the cut-off time will be delivered the following Monday (except public holidays).
  
  

8. Confirmation & Follow-up

• After your purchase, you will receive:
  a) an order confirmation email immediately,
  b) a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number , as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
  
  

• You can track the delivery status in real time via this number.
  
  

9. Public Holidays & Exceptional Delays

• Our estimates take into account major public holidays.
  
  

• In the event of an exceptional delay (carrier, customs, etc.), we will proactively inform you.
  
  

10. Return & Refund Policy (Summary)

• Return requests are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  
  

• Once the item has been returned and inspected, the refund is processed within 7 business days .
  (The time it takes for the funds to appear will depend on your bank/payment provider.)
